Green Apple Solutions is seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Specialist to be responsible for writing and editing digital and print marketing collaterals. The Marketing Communications Specialist will be expected to manage content development when integrating material from subject matter experts across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, write, edit and distribute Marketing collateral to diverse audiences with a purpose to demonstrate company's products & services (such as Brochures, PPTs, White papers, Case studies, Blogs, Press releases and social media posts.
• Handle presales activities on phone and email (Calling would be required as a part of co-ordination and pre-sales)
• Provide online demonstrations to prospective clients and partners
• Explore new sales opportunities
• Do market research for new product and strategies 
• Arrange for presentations for speaking engagements
• Coordinate with Agency/Partner companies

Job Requirements:

• 2 – 5 years of relevant experience
• B.tech or Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English or related field of study is required.
• Must be comfortable and adept at writing about technical topics
• Strong understanding of the importance of branding and of developing a voice for a product or service.
• Proven ability to write for a business-to-business (B2B) audience.
• Ability to create messaging for various types of marketing communications channels: newsletters, email, web content, etc.
• Demonstrated project and time management skills. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with key stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Proven ability to efficiently and effectively lead and manages cross-functional teams, agency and external vendor partners
• Must be computer literate and have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Knowledge of systems and tools, including CRM, email marketing, websites/microsites, social media, desirable
